Kshiti Dubey (My Poetbay Friends-3)

Kshiti Dubey, My Newest friend on the poetbay. She is from Hyderabad, India. She is studying in XI grade and in few months she’ll join XII. She is sporty girl. She is an intelligent girl. She has the same subjects which i have. yeah that means she has Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Informatics (or something like that , or simply Computer Science). She is a good poet. She looks a studious and all rounder girl. She is quite nice girl. She is simple and soft. I think she is quite simple. She is aware of her surroundings. She is a good swimmer and has competed with national level players. She has grabbed the top positions in the national and state level swimming competitions. Recently she represented the South Zone in the National Level Swimming Competition.

Anyways She is quite frank and she understands the situation and handle them in a good way .. i think she has a clear mind and straight forward girl she is..   She is different from the girls you meet often. She doesn’t talk like those foolish girls ( I hope everyone understand the way how the girls talk)  and doesn’t pretend to be something. She is what she is.. and i think she is proud of what she is .

The Best Way to Cheer Up Yourself (My Foolishness May Be)

Sometimes when i stand in front of the mirror…. i just talk to myself.. i think its quite funny thing for me but also helpful ..because so many things that you can’t tell anyone, you can tell that person (a man in the mirror).. you can share anything whatever you want to … So many things, that you don’t tell because you think people will laugh at you.. but when you see your shadow in the mirror then you don’t care someone laugh at you or not.. you just …… :)

Sometimes when you feel alone and something lost.. and you can’t find anyone who can cheer up you.. then i must say that just look at yourself in the mirror.. and think something foolish, idiotic, ..you can also act like an actor whom you wana meet.. you can also practice of that time when you’ll meet you dream partner.. hhahaahha .. so many foolish things .. i know .. but i promise you that you’ll surely laugh and will be cheered up…

Tired and Bored

Zana Gojani - My Poetbay Friends (Part-2)

Yeah now this is the second entry under the post of Poetbay Friends.. lets talk about Zana Gojani.... wai wait wait ..let me read MY Diary where i have written about here .. (because i couldnt talk to since oct 2008..so let me read what i have written about her in my Diaries..) Definition of a Person Doesnt Change for me..what she was ..she is same even now..but i have changed now...


Zana Gojani, hmm I think she was my second friend on Poetbay. and she is from Kosovo .. i think now she is in XII grade in American School of Kosovo.. When i met her first time ..then truely say ..i never thought she can be my friend.. haha..because she was totally different from me .. (at that time i used to be very religious and studious as compare to present).. and also i was quite immature and wasnt much talktative because I was new to this Internet.. then i found her ..and she was the fantastic friend i must say .. i admire her ..because i learnt so much from.... I like her attitude ..she wasnt like other girls ..who just talk about make up, dressings, and looks etc.. she was a bit different .. she likes dark things .. i like her collection of pictures she published on the Hi5.. and when my cousin (my sister)..just saw those pictures ..she was just scared (because she was a quite younger than me )..haha.. But I like her collection of pictures .. my fav. after that i thought of look into the picture...then i tried to started looking INTO the pictres and tried what the pictures want to say .... Her poems were written on those Pictures and those poes were just related to the picture.. i remember once i read her poem WAITING... and in the picture a small girl in white cloths ..was just waiting and was looking like an angel... and i dont know the titile of that poem ..but that was also just fantastic where she just Run away from him.. i dont know the title of the poem now... anyway now lets come to her poems

I am just a fan of her poems..her poems are fantastic .. whatever she did i dont care ..but her poems are just amazing..even now i just read her poems and think what should i comment..but .... anyways .. Today i know some albanian language and credit goes to Zana because ...i just learnt few words because of her.. hehehe ..

From her i could understand what is happening in this world ... i was unknown to Albania before meeting her.. and about Kosovo ... i was totally .heheeh ... Its my habit that if i add anyone as my friend then first thing i do ..that is Just to search about her culture , to know about the culture where one belongs.. to know about some basic information of that area ....and when i started studying about KOSOVO..then i introduced to some shocking text also ..some sort of past happenings ..riots, genocide..etc ..so much.. then i just compare that country With PUNJAB in india ... that means the same happened here also in 1984 .... so many things started relating what i think so ...

I think when she entered into ASK ..then she got some wonderful results also ..which tells us that she is good at studies.. she is a good human being ..and is the best friend i ever met in my life..

on 1-jan-2009 .. i know we were silent for many months..but it was a compliment to her that She was the FINEST GIRL I EVER MET IN MY LIFE.. she truely deserves to be Great person..

Once Thomas asked me (i dont know what we were talking about )..but our conversation was ...i think...hmm that which country is ur fav where u would like to visit....then i answered that Russia, kosovo and canada .. i think so canada was there..heeheh... he asked me USA?? ..then i said I dont want to visit USA ...when he asked me about Kosovo ..then u know what must be the answer.. heheeheh ofcourse to see those buildings,a lake, Mosque in Prishtina, University of Prishtina, Library which is situated near the UP, UN house, Police street (i forgot the full name of road).. etc.. ehehehe

Overall I must say She was a wonderful girl..and was one of my best friend..

Addicted of Someone ..But Thing of Past

Today I was just wandering here and there. I finished a chapter of physical Chemistry and then i thought why not to read or write something. then i just started reading something and searched for few educational links.. and i found damn good educational links..

Anyway lets talk about this Addiction.. what you may call an intense desire toward anything..but i am talking here about SOMEONE .. i was also addicted of someone..hmm ..so much i think so ...then i used to wait for long times... wait ..talk ..and the foolishness ... haahah yeah that time was a foolish one i must say.. u desire for that person what cant be urs... hahahah

now today if i see myself and compare myself to aman in the past...then i think at that time i was a dumb guy... nothing really gutz ... a studious guy can never be allrounder... so now what i think that what i am now..is the happiest person.. i talk to the people ..but dont take them seriously....dont care what they think.. dont care what will the say.. just follow my own rules... dont care of anyone ..because i dont love anyone now...

Books for AIEEE ( A Review of Different Books)

There are bundle of books for AIEEE and IIT..so its the most difficult question which one is good that covers everything (or maximum matter) for these exams
ok ..let me explain you position of every book... (one more thing ,,to solve any book depends upon the student how he/she studies or how many hours a student devotes to study).... I don't know about ur style of studying..but mine is..i cant study in day..i just study in night...so to solve any book ..the proper sitting is required..... you must not buy many books ..like ye bi le lo..yeh bi le lo... etc etc...you must have an aim..if i started this book..then I'll solve it completely.. don't solve or try anything haphazardly..don't be haphazard..
there are so many publishers like MTG, TMH, ARIHANT, BHATLA, BHARTI BHAWAN, DHANPAT RAI, OSWAL, RACHNA SAGAR'S TOGETHER WITH.., MODERN ABC,PRADEEP,DINESH.......you are thinking..ki why so many publisher Aman wrote here...Sorry I forgot one ..DISHA (a leading publisher these days)... ..ok..the thing is ..me and my friend have the collection of books...i think we have book of every publisher... and for one subject we have four or five books..
so the choice is quite difficult...
the thing is every publisher has a unique book for a single subject...if his books are best in physics then the other subject book may not be so good ...
Lets come to the Chemistry first
suggestion 1. don't go for Morrison Boyd, JD lee, Solomon, Clayden, Crewey etc..i don't say these books are not good..these are good..but these are the reference books..they are not exact patter of IIT or AIEEE...so this is the wastage of money and also the wastage of time..
2. I think Bhatla books are the best series of books for Chemistry..in this matter is well elaborated and explained very well... there are four parts of chemistry.. "Organic Chemistry", General Chemistry, Physical Chemistry and Inorganic Chemistry ...they have a separate book for each part...and i think these are quite good (For AIEEE and IIT both)..
Now the thing is these books are quite large and material is also quite much..  so if u can read and study (and you have a proper sitting)..then u can go for these books are ..i don't think so we need to buy any objective book after going through these books..  because they have objective questions on the last pages of every chapter
haan if you cant study like you must...then you can go for a Local Publisher's book...like Pradeep, Dinesh, JBD, etc...
for just practicing more Multiple Chocie question ..then you can also go for MCQ by Bharti bhawan...

anyway these were the books for Chemistry...and at the last u have the tests in your institution..there will be assignments, etc..
if you don't want READ subjective...the books i mentioned above...those books were subjective....and u just need to buy an OBJECTIVE BOOK which is sufficient ..then Go for
DISHA's Challenger Chemistry For IIT ..or DISHA's Challenger Chemistry For AIEEE ( I am not sure about AIEEE challenger ..but i have IIT ..and that is the BEST one.)...
So lets summarize everything now..
Books For Chemistry:
1. Bhatla's Series of Books (Subjective Books also contains Objective questions at the end of each chapter),
2.MCQ Chemistry of Bharti Bhawan (A little one but effective book ..don't need to buy if u have bought Bhatla),
3. Disha's IIT Challenger Chemistry or Disha's AIEEE Challenger Chemistry.. (You may bought which one you need ..IIT or AIEEE .that mean what you want to do)
4. NCERT Books are good but very short  ..also (no need to buy ..u can download them from internet)..the exercise of NCERT must be solved..because Everything is based on NCERT)
At the Last i'll suggest you...no need to go for Arihant, MTG, etc..  or other which i specified above...

For Mathematics
What i think .....the thing is ..don't need to go for  "Calculus by  Thomas & Finney",  SL LONEY ..etc.. i have these books but i couldn't get the time to study them...so don't buy if you cant..  but if  you need then you may tell me.. i have also downloaded these books ..(SL Loney is not of our level i think.....its like ..jumbling....don't waste your time to solve very difficult books...  the another one is "Thomas and Finney" I have done few chapters..but it was okay okay book..not such difficult)
Now come to "ML Khanna"..i think ML Khanna is a good one..they have explained the methods of solving the sums very nicely..and also there are thousands of sums to solve... its a quite heavy one and also not so costly ...(.second hand u may get in 200 or just above)..
Arihant's books ... like 1. "Differential Calculus By Amit M. Agarwal", 2. "Integral Calculus by Amit M. Agarwal" and 3. "Problems in Mathematics By SK Goyal"
1st and 2nd are good one..they have covered lot of type of sums.. 3rd one..is difficult,  i found..
Course in Mathematics for IIT- JEE by TMH (is a good one..purely IIT pattern.)
MCQ by  A.Das. Gupta ( a little one but effective)
But these books are IIT Level

anyway lets Summarize now
For IIT- You may go for IIT-TMH, Arihant, and ML Khanna (even then you want have more strict choice then ..just buy TMH and ML Khnna no need to buy another one...but ensure that u must solve them completely)

For AIEEE-   ML Khanna  and u can also go for AIEEE-TMH.. no need to waste time and money in buying other books... but u have to solve them in a good way...

Lets Come to the Physics now...my fav subject
there are millions of books on physics and its very very hard to select few of them..anyway lets try
First of all . i would suggest you... Dont Go for "I.E. Irodov"..
For Reference book you may go for University Physics.. (It covers everything ..which is in Resnick Halliday and Physics for Scientists and Engineers)..University Physics is a complete book u can say but the problem is it is not for IIT or AIEEE patter....its just a reference book and for concept clarification.. 
Bhatala's Physics (two parts..one is for XI and second is for XII) ..its the quite nice book...
MTG's Interactive books are quite interesting also..they have a different technique of concept clarification.. but there u cant found numerical etc..MTG's Interactive Physics Series is totally fundamental based books...
Arihant's Physics by DC Pandey..is also good one..
HC Verma book is also enough one
so many others..but just forget about them

For AIEEE-   you don't need to buy so many books .. I must say HC Verma and NCERT Physics are fantastic .. (the exercise part of NCERT physics is comparable to IIT level)..if u solve just these two books then ...just think u are fully fit for AIEEE..and if you want to more practice then u may go for DISHA's Objective Physics...  and Bhatla's Physics (Subjective one but also contains tricky questions and bundle of numericals)..

Chemistry - 1. Bhatla's Series of Books  2.MCQ Chemistry of Bharti Bhawan 3. NCERT 4. Disha's Challenger (if u have enough money and feel more to practice)

Marjan – From Poetbay

Often people think and ask , Aman Why do you love Poetbay so much? why do you consider it as your family?

There are so many reasons behind this. May be people call me foolish due to my this act ..but  i like this site ..because i met here some great people and i learnt so much from them. And MARJAN was one of them. She is the one of the first friend i ever met on this Internet.

Marjan, She is my first friend whom i met on this internet and i found her on Poetbay. She is like my sister. Because i think at that age or at that time i wasn’t like this what i am now.  She is still like my sister and i consider her as my best friend also. She is a lover of literature. She is from Iran and she is pursuing her under graduation these days. She belongs to Baha'ism faith. and she is studying in the university of Baha'ism .. She is just a fantastic girl and very good listener. I didn’t really chat with her online (Because she doesn’t come online usually). But i always talked to her by messages on poetbay and emails. She guides very well and her suggestions are also quite efficient and valuable.

Few months ago i got the chance to chat with her (After a year i got this chance).  We talked about studies, life, culture..so much..i know..that was like a dream come true…. I am not sure ..but i think we chatted for more than 4 or 5 hours.. because there was so much to talk ..there was so much to share with each other..there was so much to know and tell..there was so much happiness and joys to share..

It was very nice talking to her. But I couldnt talk to her after that. When i came to know about the govt. of Iran , who doesn’t that the followers of Baha'ism study, i felt very sad. I think they were gonna ban that University. It was quite inhuman and against the human rights. But i think she said in her messages that however they succeeded in saving that university. we talk about the cultures also and also some sort of Indian names. She liked the names of the Indian people because there is always a meaning behind the name of Indian people. We talked about the culture of our countries, corruption, etc..

I always remember that day .. we chatted regularly for few days. But i didn't hear from her since that day..and it was three or four months ago

Today when i was so much tired of studying. Then i thought why not to recall some sort of precious memories. In my Diaries I found so much …happiness, sorrow (not much), jokes, Riddles, Pen-Portraits of my friends, wait, so much …my life pages… I found that some pages were missing from my diary..which i just torn few months ago..

My New Project Idea – Artificial Sensitive Trees

Since everyone knows that I am participating in a competition related to Environmental Science.  I wasn’t getting time to think over this project because I am preparing for my final exams. Today I was studying for whole day. So now I am just writing to refresh my mind and to get my strength back.

I was thinking over the Idea suggested by Sumit , My team mate, he suggested the idea of collecting methane from the wetland areas. It was a quite nice idea. And i hope his method that he thought of may succeed. But anyway Today it was our meeting but i couldn’t talk to him because it was my tuition of mathematics at that timing.

Anyways lets think about another idea… which just came into my mind yesterday when i was writing an email to Sumit about my project and this new idea.

I was thinking that as the level of Carbon dioxide (CO2), SO2, and other so many harmful gases, is rising so why not to design a special kind of trees that can maintain the balance in the environmental. That means a kind of  Artificial Trees that can absorb these kinds of harmful gases and in result they must give us a useful product. These Trees will maintain the balance in the environment, they must be sensitive toward the Environment.

I was also thinking of to use the gas present in the sewage pipeline. May be some sort of use can be…. the thing was i thought of to collect methane from the sewage pipelines but after that i just came to know that there is not such a huge presence of Methane.. there is a huge presence of H2S ..so after that i REALISED that my CHEMISTRY IS QUITE WEAK. eheeh:) anyway still looking for another idea ..i hope i can get the better one..
